Episodes 1-2 First two episodes are dedicated to the history of Russian combat armoured vehicles from 19th century to the beginning of the Second World War.

Episodes 3-4 Episodes 3 and 4 tell the story of Soviet armoured forces in the World War II from 1940 to 1944.
The following tanks are featured: SMK, T-100, KV-1, KV-2, KV-85, T-34, T-34-85, T-60, T-70, IS-1, IS-2, ‘Tiger’ and ‘Panther’ German tanks.

Episodes 5-6 These episodes are dedicated to the history of Russian armour from 1944 to the beginning of 60’s.

Episodes 7-8 In the middle of 60’s revolutionary Russian T-64 tank came into service. Later on completely new types of armoured vehicles such as infantry combat vehicles and airborne combat vehicles were developed.
Featured tanks and armoured vehicles: T-64 tank and its modifications, T-72 tank, ‘Dragon’ tank destroyer, BMP-1 and BMP-2 infantry combat vehicles, BMD-1 and BMD-2 airborne combat vehicles, BTR-60P and BTR-70 armoured personnel carriers.

Episodes 9-10 In the 70’s a completely new tank engine was developed in USSR. It was gas-turbine engine which was later installed on T-80 tank.
Further developments were conducted on self-propelled air defense armoured gun mounts and self-propelled armoured cannons, as well as the whole bunch of engineer vehicles was constructed.
Following tanks, armoured vehicles and engineer vehicles are featured in two final episodes of the series: T-80 and T-90 tanks, ZSU-37, ZSU-57-2, ZSU ‘Shilka’, ZSU ‘Tunguska’, ‘Strela-1’ self-propelled air defense armoured gun mounts, ‘Gvozdika’, ‘Akacia’, ‘Tulpan’, ‘Giatsint’, ‘Pion’ ‘NONA-SVK’, ‘Vena’, MSTA-S’ self-propelled armoured cannons, ‘NONA-S’ and ‘Sprut’ self-propelled airborne combat vehicles, ‘Luna’ tactical missile system, BMP-3 infantry combat vehicle, BMD-3 and BMD-4 airborne combat vehicles, BTR-80 and BTR-90 armoured personnel carriers plus engineer vehicles such as mine clearing ploughs, bridge layers and obstacle clearing vehicles.
Following protection systems are also featured: ‘Drozd’, ‘Arena-E’ and ‘Shtora’ active protection systems.
